We value specific qualifications, such as an innate desire and ability to provide refined hospitality, anticipate guest needs, maintain a strong work ethic reflecting respect for the restaurant, and demonstrate an understanding of service etiquette and mechanics. A minimum of two years of experience in a fine dining restaurant is essential. Most importantly, candidates should possess a deep passion for food and wine culture and a strong desire to learn more.
