First Course
The first course of this Thanksgiving meal will be a Petite Boston Bibb Salad with Delicate Red Sorrel, Crisped Kale, Spiced Pecans & a Concord Grape Saba.
Second Course
The second course offers a choice of the following items:
Nantucket ‘Cape’ Scallops Crisped with Garlic & Parsley, with Blood Orange, Whipped Celery Root Purée
Saffron - Mussel Soup with Lillet Blonde, with Double Cream, Chives & Clementine Toasts
Mozzarella withProsciutto, Honey Grilled Endive with Marcona Almond Puffed Pastry Sticks Shrimp ‘n Georgia Grits, which is Edna Lewis’s Prized Recipe
Spinach Gnocchi Gnudi on Buttered Squash with Golden Raisins & Oven Roasted Cauliflower Tops with Coriander Seed
Third Course

Scottish Salmon with Maple & Miso Glazed with Hot Horseradish Crema and Avocado & Pea Tendrils
